Courchevel is one of the most popular and extensive ski resorts in the Alps, occupying one of the three valleys in the eponymous ski area. It is in reality four separate resorts, differentiated by their height: 1,850m, 1,650m, 1,550m, and 1,300m. Of the four, Le Praz (Courchevel 1300) where our chalets are situated, is by far the most attractive, with its lake, traditional architecture and village atmosphere providing a charm and character not generally found in purpose-built ski resorts.
