St Anton - The Resort

Dedicated skiers return time after time to the Arlberg.

The beginners’ slopes are accessed by the new gondola at Nasserein, whilst above the town the runs are largely cruisy blues and reds ideal for leisurely skiers and snowboarders.

But St Anton’s real attraction  is the magical variety of challenging skiing - tough blacks, exhilarating off-piste and bumps. When powder and spring snow conditions are good the off-piste in the Valluga area is unequalled.

Ski to the bus stop at Rauz for the quickest access to Zürs and Lech.

Families
Two children's ski areas, at the top and bottom of the gondola, are convenient to our chalets and we provide a free minibus for children to and from the gondola.

Beginners
There is an adults' beginners area in Nasserein and lovely blue runs down from Gampen to progress to as you improve. The ski school has an excellent reputation.

Intermediates
There is incredible skiing, with lovely cruising runs. The wide, open slopes of Lech and Zürs offer sensational scenery, and deep snow trails offer challenge.

Advanced
This is one of the world's best resorts for expert skiers - fiendish blacks, exhilarating off-piste and bumps galore. One of the resorts the keen skier must 'notch up'!

Powder Potential
The off-piste is unequalled, and the snow record outstanding. Powder is left unpisted on 180km of trails and there is endless off-piste to explore. A guide is recommended.

Snowboarding
More and more chairlifts are replacing T-bars, and the steep terrain and plentiful powder appeal especially to experienced boarders.
